Refund policy

RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. You must contact us first to receive instructions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety, or product nature reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Gift cards
  • Digital or downloadable products
  • Certain health and personal care items

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within an estimated 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless they are defective.


EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, especially for items over $80, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.


ORDER MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
You may request a modification or cancellation of your order on the same day the purchase was made by providing your order number.

Orders are typically processed the following day. Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
