PROCESSING TIMES

Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation, and when available, a tracking number.


SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination and supplier:

  • Spain and Europe: 7 to 20 business days
  • Latin America: 10 to 25 business days
  • United States and other countries: 7 to 20 business days

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during checkout before completing your order.

In some cases, Cellieva may offer free shipping or special promotions, which will be clearly indicated on the website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Please note that tracking information may take a few days to update.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply according to the destination country’s regulations.

Cellieva is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs procedures.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Cellieva is not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
